Payment

All payments for services are to be made in advance and can be completed via credit card through the Stripe payment system or by bank transfer.

Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes. A supplementary 5% tax will be added to the final invoice, in accordance with the tax laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Cancellations by the Client

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. However, it’s important to note the following elements concerning our refund and cancellation policy. Once payment has been made, no refunds are possible under any circumstances. It is possible to reschedule the date and time of your appointment up to 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations by Swim Elite

Swim Elite reserves the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered to the client.

Rescheduling

It is possible to reschedule the date and time of your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule your appointment within less than 48 hours, medical proof will be required to make this change.

Presentation of a Medical Certificate

If you’re unable to attend your lesson for medical reasons, we require the presentation of a medical certificate for any appointment changes within 48 hours prior to the lesson.

Liability

Swim Elite is not responsible for any accidents or unforeseen events that may occur during the service.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be settled before the competent court in Dubai.
