It is possible to reschedule the date and time of your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule your appointment within less than 48 hours, medical proof will be required to make this change.

Presentation of a Medical Certificate

If you’re unable to attend your lesson for medical reasons, we require the presentation of a medical certificate for any appointment changes within 48 hours prior to the lesson.

Article 7: Client Responsibilities and Authorizations

The client must ensure they have all the necessary authorizations for Swim Elite to enter their residential cluster or building to provide swimming lessons. Failure to meet these conditions will result in no refunds being issued.
